Guests should be aware of the following:
• The resort's Building A which houses the three-bedroom and four-bedroom suites will be undergoing an exterior renovation from Jan. 11, 2025 through Jun. 1, 2025. During this time, the stair towers on this building will be replaced. The elevators are down for maintenance and upgrades in Building B and Building C. Therefore, all one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites will require stairs to access. You may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site. Dates are subject to change.
• The resort will undergo renovations to the property until Jun. 1, 2025. All 1 and 2 bedroom suites will require stairs. During this time you may experience noise, dust, odors and work crews. Dates are subject to change.

This spacious two-bedroom measures approximately 1,036 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom two twins in the second bedroom and one queen Murphy bed in the living room. • Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check in.
• Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of RVs and large vehicles.
• Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pools are seasonal, closed November-April annually. Hot tub is open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.
