The building generally needs fixing up and modernizing, but it was acceptable to me because I just wanted an affordable place to sleep overnight. The desk guy was nice and very accommodating. "The only thing missing was a pool which we knew before we arrived. It was nice to see the owner has forethought and is actively working to improve his establishment. We, along with those we observed, were welcomed in a friendly, efficient manner upon arrival into the main entrance. Hallways, the elevator, and other public spaces were clean and orderly. The rooms were clean, thoughtful arranged, and well maintained. The breakfast had a variety of options; both hot and cold. I always love when there is a waffle maker as an option. Our party did have a request during our stay which was graciously and quickly fulfilled. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend to others."
