This property is not an hotel and it's advertised as one. This is an Airbnb property and don't expect to have your room cleaned at any time, actually expect to cleanup yourself and take care of garbage disposal as well.

Clean and convenient
Good condominium has small kitchen ,full size bath and laundry machine on site but may confuse if you are not fluent Japanese speaker to use these.

お部屋は清潔で不便はなかったです。環境はあまり周辺がよくなかったです。
ラブホテルなど何軒かありました。
チェックインの仕方がイマイチわからずそこが大変でした。

入り口のドア解除がうまく出来ず時間がかかりました。タブレットの充電がなかったため
チェックインもアウトも出来なかった。
アメニティーが出ていなかったため出しました。説明が欲しかったです。

問い合わせの度にホテルドットコムやホテルの電話(携帯番号)にかけて、長い時間待たされたりしてかなり電話料金がかかったと思います。折り返しの電話にして欲しいです。
チェックインの数日前にチェックインの仕方をメールにてお知らせするとの話でしたがメールも来なくてまた問い合わせ、、。
アメニティ等を確認してホテルにあると言われ準備していかなかったフェイスタオルは無かったり、無いと言われた歯ブラシはあったり…。。
チェックイン後のタブレット入力もタブレットが起動せず入力出来ず、そこで問い合わせの電話してかなり待たされ、、。本当に折り返しの電話にして欲しいです。
ホテル内は清潔で快適でした。ダブルベット2台で家族4人でしだが寝るだけの宿泊でしたので、十分な設備でした。強いて言えばテレビがあれば良かったです。
割引があった時だったのでとてもお安く宿泊できたのは良かったのですが、とにかく問い合わせのためにかなりの通話料がかかったのは間違いないです。
