遅いチェックインにも関わらず親切に笑顔で対応してくださったスタッフの方に感謝したいです。 清掃員の方も優しく接してくださって嬉しかったです！ 気になったのはシャワーの水圧が弱かったのとテレビがYouTubeやネトフリなどを繋げられたらよかったです

朝食は、いただいてないため口コミ出来ませんが とても綺麗で、広々としたお部屋でしたが、宿泊した日は、寒くなったにも関わらず お部屋が、まだ、暖房切り替えが、出来ず、とても寒かったです。改善していただければ、なおよろしいかと思います。

フロントの方々の対応、清掃の方々の挨拶など、丁寧で良かった。朝食やウェルカムドリンクなどのサービスも良かった。 残念なのは、清掃面でした。 ・排水溝の中の詰まりなのか、流れが悪く臭いが充満していた。 ・部屋のところどころほこりが目立ち、物を動かすたびにほこりが舞っていた。 ・前の人のものと思われる髪の毛などがベッドに付着していた。

水回りがヒドイ

バスルームは下水道の臭いが充満し、シャワーカーテンのカビくさい臭いもありました。バスタブの水を流すと配管が詰まっているのか床が水浸しになります。ホテルのスタッフは、アメニティをこちらから頼むまで提供することはありませんでした。

Hotel on the Midosuji line, equal distance between dotonburi and umeda. It has everything you need, feels sleek and modern with Japanese styling. Couldn’t recommend it enough. All you need!

電子レンジ設置フロアは匂いや話し声で不快

いつも快適に使用させていただいています。 今回、館内に2カ所ある電子レンジがあるフロアだったせいか、廊下に異様な匂いが発生していたこと、レンジを使用する人が多く、うるさかったことなどが不快でした。 それ以外は室内も綺麗ですし、快適でした。

スタッフの方の対応は可もなく不可もなく、感じが良いわけでもなく普通です。朝食を追加している場合はメニューを渡されますが、印刷機の性能がよくないのか掠れていて、どんな料理なのか分かりにくかったです。コンビニなどで印刷されたほうがいいと思います。 部屋について、清潔感はあまり無かったです。 特に洗面所の匂い、トイレの流すボタンの周りの汚さに驚きました。他に目が行くと更に気分が悪くなるので、あまり見ないよう利用しました。部屋には空気清浄機が設置してありますが、洗面所を見た時点で清潔とは思えず使用しませんでした。 寝る箇所については問題なかったと思います。 忘れ物をした際に、部屋の清掃をした後で確認したが無かったと言われましたが、直接現地へ行くと伝えたところ折り返しの連絡があり、改めて部屋を確認すると見つかったとのことで、謎の対応でした。2度連絡をした時の方はあまり感じよくありませんでしたが、折り返しでかかってきた方は感じよかったです。 どちらにしても、忘れ物は全てあってもなくても無いと返事をされるのかな？と不信感を抱いてしまいました。
