The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We did day trips to Kyoto and Nara easily, as well as other parts of Osaka.

We stayed during the last week of expo so not many options - saw this had decent reviews so went for it. Of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip this was the least pleasant. Cleanliness - went to plug the drain in the sink, and my hand hit a giant ball of phlegm from the previous guest. I almost lost my lunch. The carpet in the room was so dirty we didn’t walk around without slippers on, and there was hair everywhere, including bundled into the folded towels. The hallway walls were very dirty, nothing a quick wipe-down wouldn’t fix. Overall not a comfortable stay from a cleanliness perspective. HVAC switched from hot to cold throughout the night and blows directly on your face, despite following the posted instructions to prevent this issue. The vent also was really dirty, so blowing dirty air on you while you sleep. The window in the room was frosted, so it felt like we were in a dungeon. Free laundry though, if that’s something you need on your trip.

朝食会場について

朝食を追加したいと受付の方にお願いしたら、「朝食会場を見てから追加するか判断してください。やめられる方が結構いらっしゃるので。後からやめることができないんです。」と言われたので朝見に行かせていただきました。朝食会場でお店の方から朝食券をくださいと言われたので、ちょっと見せてくださいとお願いをしたらあからさまに嫌な顔をされました。その後朝食券を購入してその方に券を渡した際も再度嫌な顔をされました。ホテルの方から言われたので見に行かせていただいたのに、とても嫌な気持ちになりました。朝食会場の方にきちんと話を通しておいてほしかったと思いました。

大阪万博のため家族で宿泊。駅までちょっと歩きますが、本町駅と堺筋本町の二駅利用可能でしたし、コンビニやドラックストアもあり、冷凍のお茶や水、ひんやりシートを直前に購入することができました。 部屋は少し狭く、アメニティも少なめでしたが、この繁忙期にお安く宿泊できて満足です。 朝食バイキング会場のスタッフの方が、随時料理を補充され、心地よい朝から1日を始められたのが一番嬉しかったです。 また是非利用したいです。

ホテルのスタッフの方の対応は基本的に良かったのですが、朝食会場のレストランの食事の内容がもう少し充実していれば良かったのと、レストランのスタッフの対応があまり良くなかったのが残念でした。

ビジネスホテルは色々利用させていただいています。今回の宿泊では総合として「良」としました。良い点は、防音がしっかりしていたため静か、スタッフの応対が笑顔で良い、駅近。少し残念だったのは、バスタブとトイレが少しだけ汚れていた、枕カバーに整髪剤の残り香があったこと。汚れは持参している消毒液で拭いたので問題なし。枕カバーはクリーニングされていると思うのですが、、！？。娘家族の部屋は何もなかったので、たまたま当たってしまったかも（笑）スタッフさんも忙しいので大変ですよね(^^)

22時以降にチェックインした際、フロントの受付が年配の方だったが新人ですか？と思うくらいあたふたしていた。 シャワーを使用したが、排水が悪くどんどん湯が浴槽に溜まっていくため不快だった。レンジを使用したくてフロントに電話をかけたが全く応答がなかったため諦めた。

清掃が行き届いてない所があったが、携帯充電コードを借り足ししてくださったりと良い面もありました。 部屋の通路が狭いので大きめにキャリーは大変かと思います。 小振りでも入退室が大変でした

1か月以上前に２泊予約し3泊目を１週間前に予約したら同じタイプの部屋代が倍になっていた。 HOTELドットコムで少し安く予約できたが価格差に驚いた。小さな流しのある部屋で向かいに大きなマンションがある部屋でした。駅から１０分近く歩くので大変です。

天満天神繁昌亭の落語台本大賞受賞式に出るため宿泊しました。交通の便がよく会場まで一駅、ホテル周辺にも飲食店が多く昼飲みなども楽しめました。4人で予約、2人は予定より早めの到着でチェックイン対応して頂き、あと2人は夜中の到着。午前1時までエントランスが開いているので大丈夫です、と言ってもらえて安心しました。

Helt ok hotell till ett ok pris

Helt okej hotell sett till priset vi betalade. Lugnt område med ett väldigt trevligt ramen ställe i hörnet av gatan. Lite längre promenad till flera turistiska områden, räkna med 20-30 min promenad till det mesta. Tunnelbanan låg ca 8-10 min promenad från hotellet.
