Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had everything you could need. There is laundry on site which was also a positive.

We very recently stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is only a 10 min walk from Momodani station which is very conveniently on the Osaka Loop line into Osaka and also back to KIX. The staff were lovely, the room was quite spacious and although the restaurant was not operational there are plenty of dining options around the station which do some lovely breakfasts and dinners. It was a great base for our sightseeing and we would definitely recommend this hotel as an option to stay around Osaka.

Can fit family of 5.

Hotel Shinpoin can fit 5 people ( 1 parents-bed + 2 twin beds + 1 pull-out sofa). Has stove and pots/pans, and microwave. No breakfast. We would stay here again.

Nice apartment style hotel

The hotel room is clean, a bit small (understandably, it is Japan) but still spacious enough to have two luggages fully opened flat. The hotel is a bit far from train stations, but it is situated between a metro station and a JR station. It is more of an apartment style hotel, equipped with an electric stove and you can ask the front desk to book kitchen equipment to use. Complimentary coffee and tea are available at the front desk for you to obtain.

Spacious and clean

We had loads of space and could really spread out, even as a family of four. The hotel is a little walk from transport but that's not an issue. The neighbourhood is nice and has some restaurants. The staff were polite but not friendly like in most Japanese hotels we visited.

建て付けが悪く脱衣所のドアが閉まりませんでした。 子どもが先に寝ていたのでドライヤーも躊躇してしまいました。 チェックインが遅くなってしまいましたが女性スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で子ども用のアメニティも別で手渡しでくれました！ 寝巻きが部屋に置いてなかったので取りに降りるのもだるくて諦めました。 廊下が窓がなくむき出しなのでコインランドリーや部屋出た瞬間から蚊に刺されまくって嫌でした。

元々ベッド2つ、ソファベッド1つの部屋を大人2人、小学生2人で予約していましたが、ベッドを１つ増やしてもらっていて全員快適に眠れました。 特に事前に頼んでなかったので、とても助かりました。 部屋も綺麗でしたし、お風呂は浴室乾燥があり洗濯物もすぐ乾き、ファミリーには大変助かります。 周りの騒音も少なく、周りは高級住宅街でしたので、治安も悪くはなさそうです。 通天閣まではタクシーで1000円程で行けました。 1Fの自販機ではドリンク以外にもカップラーメンやスナックもあり、便利でした。 駐車場は車種によっては停めれるらしいですが要確認です。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、ブランケットが足りなく要望したら、大小2枚のブランケットを出してくださり、快適に過ごせました。 リネン類も清潔で、ロビーも爽やかな香りがしました。 今回、ユニバと万博で2泊利用しました。また大阪に行く際にはぜひ利用したいオススメのホテルです。

USJと万博へ行くため、大人2人子ども2人の計4人で利用させてもらいました。当日予約でお安く泊まらせてもらいました。部屋は広くはないですが清潔感があり、寝るだけなら十分です。ホテルの駐車場は2台しかないので、近隣のパーキング(夜間料金400円)に停めました。初めてのホテルに子どもたちは大興奮でした。ありがとうございました。
