Comfy hotel

We only did a one night stay. It’s a comfortable hotel and checking in was quick. The staff were friendly, the female spoke good English and also gave us a map of the immediate surroundings showing eateries and the supermarket. The free airport coach is a big bonus.

The hotel had excellent service. I had a 6:50am flight from Kansai and they scheduled a bus ride for me that got me there well ahead of time. The experience was convenient and pleasing.

I booked my stay a few hours beforehand but the staff was ready to greet me with kindness and a clean, peaceful room. There was a free morning shuttle to take me to the KIX airport, which was very helpful. It's easy and convenient to reach this hotel from the airport. Great value for the price!

駅から近く、スタッフの方も親切でホテルも清潔であったが、私の部屋だけか排水の音が絶えず割と大きな音で聞こえてきて少し不快であった。その点だけが大変残念。私は利用しなかったが、午前には空港送迎サービスがあるので便利だと思う。

関空利用のため、口コミが良かったのでこちらに宿泊。 チェックインの時からスタッフさん、みなさん感じが良くて、とても安心感がありました。お得な値段で宿泊しているのに、フリードリンク(アルコールもあり)もあり、フロント横の必要ないものいる方向けの所には、女性用アメニティや、マウスウォシュやら、スティックの飲み物には昆布梅茶やら、種類豊富で、滞在がとてもリラックスできました。 空港まで、無料で送っていただくサービスも本当に助かりました。 企業努力感じられるホテルです！
