Room Not clean. The hotel name is different from what we booked. Room size is fine for a family of four persons. The hotel allows us for a late checking by extending service hours from 8pm to 10pm (thanks).

Good price. but no housekeeping service. They said its available upon request, i message them few days before but upon arriving they said they can only clean every 3 days. Staff cant speak english. No front desk during night

Hotel is in a great location for nightlife in Osaka. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area to keep you busy after a day of sightseeing.
