This hotel was nice. We stayed in the Pokémon themed room and the kids loved it. While we understand the need to eco friendliness would have been nice to have amenities in the room instead of having to ask. The games in the lobby were a great addition to keep our two young children entertained. Would have been nice if our suite had in suite laundry considering we had everything else. Overall I would stay here again.

The team at the hotel was amazing and the hotel itself was faultless! My son LOVED the games in the lobby. It’s a super convenient location - close to Namba and Shinbashi stations. I would stay here again!

The toilet doesn’t have temperature control. Everything else is 5 out of 5. We really loved our stay here. The kids loved the Pokémon room and said it was their best day in life when we arrived.
