Location is good 10 minutes away from the metro station and close enough to taxi from shin Osaka train station for like 1000 -15000 yen Rooms are extremely small smaller than the average Japanese room location is convenient. It’s right next to 711 and staff are extremely extremely helpful. It has a cool coffee shop and bookstore around and next to Kansai University.

We really enjoyed staying at THE NEST UMEDA. The train station is just a few minutes away and next door there is a 7/11 convenience store. 10/10 recommender.

Location. Location and Food.

The restaurant at the first floor is a hidden gem, with a nicely made and served Japanese breakfast. The chef is very attuned to the guests' preferences, allow me to say the cup of tea on Monday was finely brewed. Thank you.

The hotel has a very pretty interior, and the breakfast was just amazing. The beds were pretty comfortable, but finding the light switches for the bedroom was confusing. There was not a lot of space for luggage, and no closet. The hotel wasn’t easy to walk to from the train station with luggage, but we were able to get a cab when we left. A shuttle service would have been nice.

Overall it was a decent stay but the property could use a little updating and maintenance to improve functionality and cleanliness.I booked a room with 3 twin beds and there were no bedside tables to place cell phones or small items. In addition, the bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling probably due to venting issues.

소음이 있지만 가성비 호텔

방크기 작긴 하지만 가격생각하면 나쁘지 않다고 생각됩니다. 사진 보다는 기구들이 오래된 느낌이 있습니다. 2층에 제빙기 및 자판기, 코인세탁기가 있어 편의성 나쁘지않습니다. 위치는 우메다 번화가에선 외곽에 속하지만 도보로 멀지않은편입니다. 건물 앞 고가 도로로 인해 창문을 닫아도 소음이 생각보다 크게 들려 예민한 사람은 피하는게 좋지 않을까 싶습니다. 저렴면서 어느정도 편의성을 원하는 사람은 나쁘지 않을 선택같습니다.

写真を見ると綺麗で清潔そうで予約したが、実際客室はホコリだらけ、お風呂は下水の異臭がキツい、エアコンと換気扇の音が常にうるさい。 ダニがいたのか翌日顔面と目が赤く腫れ皮膚科に行った。 チェックインの際対応してくれたスタッフは、ホテルのスタッフとは思えないくらい真顔で無愛想。 立地はかなり良いがもう利用することは無いです。
