Great hotel close to USJ. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Super close to shops, restaurants and metro station. Would recommend this hotel definitely stay here again if we found ourselves visiting USJ again!

If you’re booking this hotel you know what you’re looking for as it is in the Universal City Walk. It’s a great location but with other hotels also in the area you are not saving yourself any time for the crowds. Staff were amazing, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast offerings were fantastic. My only issue was the room air conditioning would not work. I did not report it as it wasn’t overly hot in the room; I just wanted more air flow.

The free service of hotdog, drinks and ice cream in the afternoon till 830pm was good. The location is good and it is just few minutes to the USJ.

The Oriental Hotel Universal City is fantastic — perfect location right next to Universal Studios Japan, clean and comfortable rooms, and a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

We went to Japan and stayed here because it was next to the Universal Studios place in Japan. I'm so glad we stayed here. Everyone was friendly and being next to the park made this trip very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and had nothing bad to report. No news is good news and everyone was very kind.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at Oriental Hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made the experience truly relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I also really enjoyed the lounge access, which was a fantastic bonus — comfortable seating, great ambiance, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!
