Great location. Easy access to Dotonbori ans Shinsaibashi. However cleanliness of the room needs improvement. New towels that were given to us had hairs and eyelashes on it. Also bedsheets had stains.

The room was spacious, clean and close to dotonbori. We stayed there for 2 nights and my overall rating is 3/5 which is impacted by the following: * it was not as close to a train station; it’s particularly hard if you have a luggage/carry on. * there was a no-room-cleaning-get-bottle-water policy that we opted for, but they did not give us water for all of the nights staying there * there was no sanitary bag in the bathroom that I could use; even though I called and asked for one, they did not understand what I was talking about. * the shower ran out of hot water fairly quickly, so me and my partner could not shower back to back. * they did not refresh tea/coffee in our room but provided it when we called them. * the neighborhood was not clean and there was a smell of sewage

This place is good. What really makes this hotel great is the location. Everything is close by and easy to get to. The room is small and simple, but very clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. It’s true that the amenities are limited, but it’s perfect if you just need a place to rest after exploring the city all day. They always had extra towels available, and the place was kept very tidy. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay in a great area!

First of all, thanks to the staff that speaks english because they were very helpful from check in to check out. The cleanliness seemed fine at first but because we don’t get turn down service daily, you start to see the duvet and they had blood stains!! We just endured it and shared blankets until it was turned down and they still had stains! The restaurants are pretty far except for the family mart that was close to us. We ate at family mart most of the time because after a full day of walking, we just don’t want to walk another 20 minutes to eat. Overall, our experience is not the greatest and I will not book at this hotel again.
