This is a wonderful new modern hotel in a large mall setting, across street from Osaka station; hard to find main doors, from within the mall, but once you do, it is an oasis of calm and quiet; be aware that is IS IN OSAKA station so you may hear trains in the distance at night- but this did not interrupt our sleep; the buffet breakfast is like nothing in the states - on another level with western and Japanese choices as well as one included à la carte enter; the dinners: buffet or à la carte - GO FOR THE BUFFET! It is incredible - Osaka is a foodie large city - enjoy;

Beautiful brand new hotel @Osaka Station Umeda

Brand new hotel right next to and connected internally to Osaka Station, with shopping mall (convenience shop, food hall, restaurants and theatre underneath. We stayed here on our way back from Kyoto. Took the train and just walk up to our hotel.

Very convenient location, good services. But the entrance of hotel is inside the shopping mall and not conspicuous more instruction will be prefect. Furthermore, the deposit and tax is required when you check-in and check-out, if the app has indication would be nice.

Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly.

スペシャリティアリュール キングベッド1台禁煙のプラン　スペシャリティの特典が全て使えて滞在中とても楽しめた。 ホテルは立地も良く、大阪駅西口出口直結なので、雨でも濡れずに行けて便利。 少し早目にホテルに到着したがスタッフが柔軟に対応してくれ、そのまま38階のスペシャリティサロンに通されウェルカムドリンクとお菓子を頂きながらのチェックイン手続き終了。 スペシャリティサロンからの眺めは大阪の一等地を一望できて最高！ 最上階の38階のお部屋はコンパクだが1人で使うには十分な広さ。バスタブも広く十分に足を伸ばせる。　スリッパやガウンもふかふかでとても快適。特にスペシャリティサロンでの食事はどれもクオリティが高く、29階のレストラン程種類はないものの、食材も上質で産地にこだわったものが多くとても美味しい。サロンで提供されるビッフェの食事とは思えない程良い。 特にオーダー制のメニューが絶品　お酒もフリーなので飲みたい人には最高！ 大浴場（OFURO :30階）は湯上がりルームでソフトドリンクを提供しており、そこからの夜景も楽しめる　大浴場はスペシャリティの人しか使えないので混雑することはあまりないとのこと。サウナも水風呂もあり、専用のマットも用意あり。 湯船が2 タイプあるがジャグジーの方がボタンを押しても反応が非常に薄くこれがジャグジー？それとも故障かな？という点だけが唯一残念だった。 JYMも24時間使えマシンも充実していた　レンタルシャツ、短パン、ジュースもあり便利 夜景を見ながらのランニングは気分も上がる スタッフの細やかなサービスも心地よく是非お勧めしたいホテルである。
