This place was amazing! The staff were super friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. It's also a less than 10 min walk from the USJ entrance and that was great after a long day at the park.

Very convenient for the station and Universal studios. Stayed in a corner room with large windows and panoramic views. Clean throughout. Only negative was the third made up bed in the room had a very hard mattress.

This hotel is super convenient for universal and travel in general. It's literally 100 feet from the station exit. The onsen on the top for us nice. The breakfast is nice, but pretty pricey.
