I loved this accommodation! We had our own toilet and bathroom, and the room was spacious and clean. The gem was the free breakfast, which was great. It is between 15-20 mins to Osaka Station and Dotonburi but the tube is right around the corner! Highly recommend.

This is a well-located property, within walking distance of the castle and transport to major attractions and locations. However, the bed was very firm, too firm. The breakfast was good but lacking in fruit, chioices of drink etc. Late check in.

A bit of a walk up the knoll, challenging for luggage. Only a limited no. of diners around. The room’s sockets are inconvenient. Free breakfast though. The usual octopus balls famous in Osaka. Can’t complain.

Nice staff, rooms were smaller than expected and breakfast buffet was bizarre. Not bad but not what we were expecting. We had issues with wifi in 601 and they were able to provide us with alternate modes of connection. Location close to Osaka castle - 10 mins walking. Beds were uncomfortable though.

東横インは初めて宿泊しました。バイキング形式の朝食は、サラダ、卵料理、肉料理など、シンプルではありますが、家庭料理のようなおかずは栄養バランスも良く、味も美味しかったです。この朝食がついてこの金額はかなりお得と思えました。 アメニティは最低限のものだけ。寝巻も部屋にはなく、ロビーから持っていくスタイルでしたが、たまたま持って行ったものが少し匂い（人の体臭のような）がついていたので、結局使いませんでした。ただ、寝巻ぐらいは自分で用意すればよいことなので、その対策でコストを上げるより、今の価格を維持してもらった方が嬉しいです。その他、部屋の設備の掃除は十分行き届いていたと思います。清潔感はばっちりでした。 立地は、駅からは距離がありますが、静かな地区で、近くにコンビニもあり、個人的には気に入りました。駅からホテルまで街並みを眺めながら歩くのも楽しかったです。
