The staff were amazing, kind, and super nice! They always greeted me when I came back into the hotel and when I left the hotel. If I had any questions, they were always happy to answer them. The room was spotless and the perfect size for me. I will definitely be staying there again!

We stayed here after arriving in Japan with a toddler. It was perfect layover stop before leaving Osaka Quiet, clean, central, nice breakfast, no noisy or cold air vents, self controlled air con, bath, mini fridge and kettle. Area around felt safe, clean, central to subway and shops.

部屋はきれいで、広かったです。椅子もテーブルの下に2つ収納されていて、ソファーとあわせて皆が座れてよかったです。朝食だけ不満です。無料扱いなので、仕方ありませんが、大阪名物どて焼きや肉吸い等用意してあると、部屋の冊子にも宣伝してたのに、どて焼きはなかった。肉吸いはありましたけど、具なしの肉の油の浮いた汁であってる? おにぎりは宣伝のようなパリっとした海苔は巻かれてなかった。白ご飯はなく、おにぎりか、おにぎりにしてない混ぜご飯のみ。パンはクロワッサンのみ。肉はソーセージのみ。飲み物は、コーヒーのみ。ジュースや牛乳はない。スープ類は複数。果物ゼロ。 コーンスープとクロワッサンは美味しい。 種類はとにかく少ない。いつもと違い、おかわり意欲が湧かず、あまりたべなかったので、すぐお腹が空いた。子どもは、食べたいものがなく、ソーセージ5、6本とコーンスープたべてた。子どもは泊まらないだろうが、パンがあるなら牛乳くらいあるとうれしい。

Clean, reliable budget accommodation in Japan. Stayed for a night and found it perfectly serviceable and value for money. It's walking distance from several train stations, the nearest being Yodayashi Station. There are also amenities such as laundry, vending machines, water dispensers etc. The air-conditioning wasn't great and it got pretty warm at night. The walls were quite thin but on the whole it was quiet thanks to considerate neighbours. Breakfast is provided, quite a small spread and I've bad better at other Toyoko Inns, but it was perfectly fine still.
