"The room had a bad odor. There was an insufficient number of towels for two people. No TV Schedule guide, no paper and writing utensils in the room. No door hanger " Do Not Disturb". I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi Guest network on my personal devices. All the staff could do was say Sorry. When issues were brought to their attention. I will not be staying at a Best Western Hotel anytime soon."

"Lanier Island is beautiful. The Legacy Lodge is okay, we wouldn't go back. The toilet in our room took 5-6 flushes to clear even liquid waste. We notified the Cleaner, but it was not fixed. The floor in our room was seeping water right next to the bed. I asked the Cleaner if she could please mop it, thinking she missed it. I watched her mop it as we waited to leave and when we came back it was wet again. That's when I realized it was coming up from under the flooring. The next morning it...
