TownePlace was new when I stayed ( 3/2022 ) and in great condition. Room was large ( so were the TVs ;-) )
The only complaint about any facet of the operation was the work area and chair - the work area was OK, not exceptional. The chair should be returned and the SKU struck from any potential order from anybody, ever, for all time.
It is not a good chair.
But when the only non-positive thing about a place is the chair somebody's doing something pretty well.

My wife & I took a unknown risk to stay @ Retlaw for tge first time and were rewarded with a very fine, enjoyable, relaxing & interesting...
