EAA special: walk to Wittman airport from this gorgeous historic home in Oshkosh

Charming 1920s-vintage house on Knapp Street with hardwood floors on quarter acre less than a mile from Wittman Airport. Three bedrooms, 1.5-bath and full kitchen with full amenities. There is a queen bed in master; two twin beds in carpeted room and a full bed in “guest room.” There’s also a twin bed in the downstairs three-season enclosed porch. There’s a portable firepit, ample yardspace to relax and unwind in the early morning or evenings.

Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. There’s also retail (supermarkets, Target, etc.) less than a mile away. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Maximum 6 people, please. Minimum stay one week. NO ADDITIONAL FEES.

There may be two friendly house cats living in basement; a relative will visit every two days to replenish food & water.

Historic Oshkosh home
We arrived and found the property as described and ready to enjoy. Communications were fabulous and seamless. Home was well appointed and maintained. Grounds were beautiful and inviting. Quiet neighborhood.
