We had a traveler in our group who had difficulty walking long distances. The hotel was right next to the train station (you can access from indoors, without ever going outside). The hotel is also right on a beautiful park, with a statue and fountain. Plenty of food options as well, many with outdoor seating. Directly across from the harbor with the Opera House and Edvard Munch museum. Fabulous location!! The staff was helpful and friendly!! No complaints!!! Breakfast was good. Plenty of options.

Would not recommend this property, the staff was uninformed about the railway to the airport, although they have a schedule giving real time information in the lobby. The room was very small, there was no house phone, so contacting others staying in the same facility was impossible, no bedside alarm clock, lights in room were hard to activate and room was very dim, and elevator system was poor, hard to activate with room key and need to use multiple elevators just to get to the 4th floor. All in all not a pleasant experience.

The property is very convenient to the train station. However we couldnt use the convenient entrance based off the hours we arrived and left in the morning so that wss a bummer. The room is very small. The bathroom is a nice size. No safe which we didnt like. The breakfast had many options and was nice. It was nice to walk to main attractions.

The hotel has an excellent location in the old Sentral station, a 50m walk from the new station and the Jernbanetorget transport hub. The hall that the hitel is part of has a wide vafiety of reataurants and cafés, as well as the Oslo tourist office. Bjørvika (the opera boise, the Munch museum and the beach) is only 150m away. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
