The hotel is excellent, this is the fifth time I've stayed there, the staff is welcoming and the service is excellent except for the breakfast. The scramble eggs was simply served all week cold and was not tasty. A comment left was not answered.

Before our stay I was a little wary from the reviews. While the condition of the hotel is not as modern/ perfect as I’d expect, there are no major problems and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel should be careful to not give off a “no can do vibe”. I’d emailed to ask for help with transfers - “we don’t arrange transfers” and to book a table for dinner “sorry you can only do this two weeks before”. However when we arrived we didn’t have any such issues.

The room was a bit small and was too hot. The aircon didn’t work so we had to open the window most of the time. The room cleaning was great, only really took the rubbish, didn’t provide clean cups or refreshed the tea/coffee. The bar never appeared to be open in the evenings. The breakfast wasn’t great either for the money, the cooked food was very rubbery as it was left under hot lights for too long and the continental breakfast was basic. It would be nice to have the heart waffles that Norway is famous for on offer for breakfast. On the plus side it’s right next to a metro so hand for getting around the city.

Ok for prisen.

Helt ok hotell om du vil oppholde deg i Nydalen. Parkering nesten dyrere enn i sentrum, men gateparkering ca 800 meter unna. Betjening var helt ok, kvinnelig resepsjonist som jeg antar var sjefen på bruket var meget passiv aggressiv mot flere gjester, til tider direkte frekk, la merke til dette ved flere anledninger under oppholdet. Ellers var betjeningen upåklagelig. Husk, ingen air condition på dette hotellet, så det kan fort bli veldig varmt om sommeren.
