Decent breakfast

It was ok, we were in the further wing of the hotel and there is only access via the 8th floor or 1st so you had to get two lifts every time which was a bit of a pain. Also the bar was closed on a Saturday night which was annoying when we got back to the hotel and fancied a night cap. Definitely a mid week business hotel rather than for tourists

Reception staff reluctant to deal with guests. Room not cleaned at all (despite confirming we wanted cleaning). On the other yand, wonderful breakfast buffet with nice staff.

Could offer better quality

The booking system didn't work, they didn't respond to messages, we were tired from travelling and took 20min to check in. Not sure who is to blame, hotels.com or the hotel. Anyway, room request was sorted, but the sofa bed was quite awful. A a mattress topper is needed for it, as the mattress is too thin/old. Nice people at the front of house, nice gym, nice breakfast, but these two points make it pretty mediocre.

I booked a queen room with a queen bed. The bed was 140cms. The room is very, very small. I asked for thin pillows, they only have thick pillows in the whole hotel, really?

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Flughafen hat man mit der Bahn eine perfekte Anbindung und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bahnstation zum Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Achten Stock mit einem herrlich großem Balkon. Die Betten war super bequem und dank der Vorhänge konnten wir das Zimmer so verdunkeln, dass die Nachtruhe nicht durch Tageslicht gestört wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer. Smoothies, frisches Obst, Gemüse, Joghurt, Müsli, Aufschnitt, warme Theke, … die Aufzählung könnte unendlich weiter gehen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass hier jemand nicht satt wird. Sollten wir nochmals nach Oslo fahren, würden wir definitiv wieder dort buchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig ok.
