Clean and helpful reception staff but the room was very very small with an interior view that looked directly into a bunch of offices. Good for a place to sleep but that’s pretty much it

This hotel let us check in early, which was great! It's in a good location and was clean and up to date - only downfall was one elevator was down, so there was always a wait to get back to our room, though we used the stairs to leave!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, very close to the city centre and well connected by public transport to all the main attractions. The interior design is stylish, modern, and very clean. A special thank you to the staff for being so helpful. Due to a severe flight delay, we didn’t check in until around 2 AM. I had been keeping them updated along the way, and the receptionist who greeted us at that late hour was wonderfully welcoming. The room was a bit basic and small: while beautifully styled and clean, it lacked amenities, a fridge and extra shelf space in the bathroom; and the aircon system was a bit noisy. However, for a short trip or a weekend away, I highly recommend staying here!

Nice room, but very small. On my own it would have been ok, but with 2 people you constantly bump into each other. Staff were friendly. There was not enough room in the breakfast room for all guests, but the breakfast items were very nice. The corridors smell odd. Nice central location. Staff prepared us a take-away breakfast due to our early flight, so that was nice of them. Overall: nice place: some good points and some room for improvement.

The hotel is decent overall. However, in our room there were deep scratches in the floor. Overall it wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection and there was plenty. If something ran out, they quickly replaced it. The location is good, making it easy to get to transportation. There are museums and shops close by too. If it were not for the overall cleanliness. This would hotel would definitely have gotten a much higher rating.

Pretty basic hotel

The location was close to few landmarks. However the hotel air conditioning was not working. It was advertised they have A/C but it was centralized therefore no control unit inside the room. No welcome amenities (bring your slippers!) in the bathroom—Very basic!

Staff was incredibly helpfull, rooms had heated bathroom floor! Tea/coffee and kettle provided in room, including safe and fridge. For Europe I found the room huge. Location was perfect, quick walk to palace, train, and water front. Great pizza place right across from hotel which never seemed to close, this was great as we arrived late in the day and it was raining. We were missing coffee cups but staff was quick to provide this to us. Housekeeping was great!
