"The Bob check in system was super clunky and had issues verifying our info even though it was entered correctly. After a lengthy tech delay, we were able to access the room. The room was extremely small and didn't have any windows (as advertised). It's kind of tomb like, haha. We ended up booking at another hotel around the corner and basically paying double due to poor sleep. You get what you pay for. Extremely bare bones accommodations in a good location. Terrible check in process. Not great customer service. You can get ahold of an AI bot but good luck getting any useful information from a human. This is their lean business model, so if you're good with all that, go for it. "
