"The contactless check in was confusing and difficult. The was no one at the desk, inside a locked door. Opening the doors was weird and no instructions. The room smelled of bug spray so strongly it was hard to sleep. No instructions on checking out, just had to guess."

It would have been nice to have air-conditioning as I found the bedroom too warm and although it was possible to open the windows, there was too much road noise for me.
