This gated community of new homes has its own gorgeous beach, Marina, and clubhouse with 2 pools, gym and 2 hot tubs. Enjoy swimming, boating or kayaking. Play beach volleyball or go visit the nearby wineries and take in a tasting. 1,800ft of waterfront with over 500ft of sandy beach, wide night lit walking trails that meander along the meadow to the beach & fire pits. Close to Mount Baldy, if you`re a skier & Area 27 Motorsports Park has super fun go carts for the whole family.
