"We really enjoyed our stay here. We only used the main floor and it was spotless and so comfortable and nice. The deck was a bit messy, but we didn’t mind sweeping it and knocking down cobwebs. The lake is a beautiful view! It is currently full of Lilly pads making fishing and rowing difficult. There are 2 kayaks, a rowboat, and a pedal boat to use which was nice. The pedal boat had about 5 inches of water in it. We spent about an hour bailing it out and cleaning it with a spray and sponge....

"The Lake Marth Cottage was a nice VRBO. Hosts were easy to work with and responsive. The amenities are fairly simple / basic but accurate to the descriptions. The lake itself is smallish but pleasant for paddling, swimming and fishing (we are amateures but the kids caught several small fish which was fun for them) . Other homeowners / vacationers were friendly. We enjoyed our stay."
