Missing a few amenities
"Wi-Fi didn't reach our floor. We had to take our computers to breakfast on the 1st floor. A cup in the bathroom would've been nice. The pool and hot tub weren't functioning. Another guest reported bedbugs. We did a thorough check and did not appear to have them in our room."
