"Clean and spacious room, all outlets are equipped with USB ports, very handy kitchen with dish washer. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The best part of the stay was the included breakfast, although limited options. The box springs in the room were visibly soiled, floor was dirty in the corners of the bathroom, ice machine and soda vending machines out of order, fan for heat was noisy and woke me up at least once, room dark with minimal lighting. Front desk gets busy and wait times are excessive for assistance due to max of two kiosks. It’s ridiculous they charge a “dog fee” for cleaning when clearly nothing is cleaned related to dogs. The dirty box spring looks to be from dogs jumping up with dirty paws/urinating on them/dirty noses. I could keep going. Disappointing experience for the cost as I could have strayed somewhere nicer for the money I spent. Overall could be cleaner and better maintained, likely will not be staying again. "

"Had first floor room 20 ft from parking lot. Benefit- could watch my car all night. However, the screen was bent at the frame & had a slit in it "

"Stayed on 4 separate instances while renovating a house in Wolfeboro. 1 of 4 times I had hot water for my shower. If you don't mind cold showers, the rest of the hotel is pretty good. "

"The place was beautiful, the room was nicely done and its very low key quiet. I highly recommend it and its so close to Gunstock Mountain. "

"Loved this house for our family of 15. 8 adults, 7 grandchildren ages 3-15. What a great home. The indoor swimming pool is just plain perfect. Well supplied with all needs for swimming. This is where we spent most of our time. Can’t say enough. There is a kitchen on same floor and bar area which we did not use, but it’s a perfect set up. The view in the main living room is just beautiful. The mountains and lake was taken in every morning with a cup of coffee. Can’t get much better! All of the beds were comfortable and love having KING beds as a choice. The 4 twin bed set up downstairs is so much nicer than bunk beds which were perfect for our granddaughters. Gunstock took 8 minutes to get to. Easy drive!You won’t be disappointed with this choice! It would b great to enjoy in summer/fall also. Plenty of trails around. Host easy to access and very responsive with questions. Highly recommend this great home!!"

"When was immaculate! Like a little apartment. Perfect for what I needed. I went there because my children live near there and they were super accommodating. They allowed my kids to come and visit me at the hotel and they were able to use the facilities. The pool was so much fun and the staff were incredibly nice. "

"This trip this time was not well.The first night the linens had white crusty stains on the extra blanket and there was no hand soap. I was provided a new blanket and soap, but left me with a feeling of how well my room was initially cleaned. I found trash under my dresser that was overlooked and then on the last night there was a dog 2 doors down barking for well over 2 and half hours straight. I was unable to get any work accomplished. The staff tried reaching out to the guest with no luck. I asked for a wellness check on this guest in case the dog was barking due to the owner having some sort of medical emergency. In the end the dog was left alone in the room for hours and thank goodness there was not a medical issue. The offer for me was to move me at 8pm at night , yet I was leaving the next morning and had been there all week. No restitution or mangers calling me at all. I hope for a better outcome for guests in the future."
