Purity Spring Resort

"My daughter and I went to Purity Spring Resort for an overnight trip and relaxation and it did not disappoint! We were in the Inn, which is the asme building as the restaurant. Although we could hear a little noise from the hallway and the game room, we found the location to be very convenient. We were right next to the restaurant and directly across from the check-in, pool, hot tub and lake. There were plenty of beach chairs, paddleboards, kayaks and canoes and we found the lake to be incredibly peaceful and beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was pretty good, we preferred the breakfast by the lake, which was so nice. There was a great little shop not far down the street, maybe a 5 min drive, with all sorts of cute little treats and home goods and a great ice cream shop called Betty Sue's. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway."

"The photos of the Cozy Cabin just don’t do it justice. The cabin is comfy, clean, and supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and lovely. Our grandsons absolutely enjoyed the loft for its private space and fun toys. We loved the outdoor deck and fire pit! Lastly, Ossipee Lake has been my favorite for many years and the beach club was great. Thank you, Karen, for sharing this gem with us."

"Riley's Lodge in Freedom, NH is a fantastic experience. You get a full-size house with two floors and a loft for a very reasonable price. The house is very charming, a blend of rustic design and modern conveniences, with little New Hampshire-themed decorations everywhere. It comes equipped with everything you could need for an extended stay, and drawers are stocked with all the kitchen essentials and dishware, to the point that it's impressive how much thought was put into the customer experience. Things like leaving brochures for all the restaurants in the area or a guide to nearby attractions indicate a host who's willing to go above and beyond.We've stayed twice at the Lodge now, and have been thoroughly impressed both times. When contacting the host, she typically responds within minutes, happy to find ways to make your experience the best it can be.The area is beautiful and plenty of accommodations are provided in each of the bedrooms, from fans to cell-phone chargers. There's a good amount of space to store any items you've brought, two wide-screen TVs are available with HDMI and premium streaming services for the tech-inclined, and there's plenty of seating and a backyard with a fire ring and wood for making fires. Information is included on local fire regulations and how to get set up upon your arrival.All in all, this is the best experience I've had with a rental house, and we hope to stay again next year!"

"Overall an excellent stay. House is extremely spacious, beautifully and simply decorated, perfect location to Goodhue Boat Company where our group was docked for Independence Day Weekend. Starter amenities (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent) were more than enough for our weekend stay for two adults and two children. “The Spot” is a five minute drive with convenience items and a tasty pizza and sub shop. Garage parking was a bonus to beat the heat. Bathrooms are generously stocked with liquid soaps and hair/body wash. As a family with two small children, we were happy to all be in the same room with a comfortable king bed and a twin bed with rollaway twin underneath. All linens were provided. One suggestion we’d make is for the host to use rug pads to secure the beautiful throw rugs in each room, they slide around on the wood flooring and the kids took a few tumbles on them. The other discrepancy is the VRBO listing states “no dogs” but the welcome email states “dogs allowed” and there were dog bowls in the house. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi tub was out of order, and the master shower temperature choices were “very hot” or “scorching hot.” Seems a mixing valve needs replacing. We used the (much) smaller shower stall instead.Overall we would highly recommend this house and will return!"
Rustic relaxation with modern conveniences!

"We had my family of 4 stay at the house over 4th of July Weekend. Check in was easy, the house is rustic and it had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Its quiet, hidden, you can barely see the other homes around you. Good size deck, and a grill that we used the last night there. Everything is supplied and the kitchen had a great stove and fridge for us to use. The house is clean, rules are clear and the host is quick to respond with any issues. It's 1/2 away from North Conway, beautiful drive we spent the whole day there and hit up the shops in the center. There's plenty of small stores, small restaurants in the area to go to. Closest food store is about 17 minutes away. The private beach was amazing. It's right around the corner, my husband and brought our canoe up and fished all day, there's also a channel that leads into another lake that we paddled to. My daughters friends came up the for our final night there, they showed early in the morning, there was plenty of room for all. They swam in the lake while we fished. There's an Amazing ice cream place down the road, it always looked busy with lines but we still managed to get some ice-cream. We had a couple of camp fires and watched some TV and we had a great time. We kept very busy. Plenty to do."
