This trendy and super located accommodation is the perfect place for your next adventure. Enjoy the breathtaking side sea views from the apartment, which is equipped with modern, luxurious amenities and a full kitchen.
This apartment offers a combination of peace and relaxation by the sea, yet only a short (5 minute) tram ride away you are in the heart of the city. This is the ideal location, equipped with everything you need for a fun adventure, alone, with your family or with friends.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and consists of a spacious, modern living room with warm parquet floor and side sea views, a beautiful and cozy dining area and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. There is also a trendy bathroom with walk-in shower and two spacious bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for three people), one of which has an additional flat-screen TV. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and therefore have plenty of storage space.
A guarantee damage deposit 450 euro is mandatory.
This amount will be blocked on your credit card.
After departure the deposit will be released within 7 workdays when no damage is detected and all checkout rules are followed.
