The Space:
Upon arrival, you can easily park your car in the parking tower on the site, close to the holiday apartment. This is a covered parking space, allowing your holiday to start in complete comfort without having to search for parking in the area.
The apartment starts on the first floor. Here you will immediately find the stylish open kitchen and the bright living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the cosy living space. From the living room you have access to a large terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast together or a pleasant evening outside.
Next to the kitchen there is a separate storage room where you can use the washing machine and dryer. For your convenience, a separate toilet is also provided in the entrance hall.
On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. All beds are neatly made with high-quality bed linen upon arrival. Both bathrooms feature a spacious walk-in shower and one or two washbasins. Towels are also provided. On this floor there is an additional separate toilet.
Villa 85 is located in a quiet, car-free domain in Ostend where you can fully enjoy peace and greenery. At the same time, the beach, dunes and the lively city centre are only a short distance away. This makes the apartment the perfect base for a relaxing seaside holiday with family or friends.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.
Other Things to Note:
PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
