"A little difficult to find and it's hit or miss with street parking, but the staff is great and the room super clean and comfortable. Added bonus is the in-house restaurant and bar so if you arrive and are too tired to head out, you can get a great meal right there."

"I didnt get to experience Hotel Piramide, as a week before i was informed there was construction work and that i was moved to a similar or better hotel, their sister hotel, hotel center 2, Rome. If this was similar or better than hotel Piramide then i'm worried! The A/C could only be controlled by reception which is very strange. On the lowest setting it made a huge noise, so much so i got it turned off and decided to suffer as i couldnt sleep! The shower was so grimey filled with mold on the...

"did not like the idea that they don't turn on air conditioning - so can't turn on in room -all excuses as manager doesn't authorize to environmental issues -yet lobby had it "

"It is a beautiful place. But when it comes to service it is moderate and on occasion a bit clumsy. That is not in proportion with the price. Besides that, in many hotels with lower price settings coffee from a machine in lobby or lounge are included. Here it was not the case, that doesn’t feel very welcoming. "

"Hotel is close walk to Ostiense train station and Pyramid metro, making it convenient to airport and all around Rome. Located in residential neighborhood with great restaurants, good prices. Room was comfortable with private bath and staff were kind. We appreciated the gracious upgrade to two adjoining rooms each with bath as mother/daughter travelling together. Would stay here again for the room price, access around Rome, and neighborhood with affordable food and drink."

"Property was great, if a bit old, staff was top notch. Area around the property is a bit sketchy but we had no issues walking to and from the train station. Breakfast wasn’t particularly good but the coffee was excellent "

"Really enjoyed our stay ,aldo was very helpful and always contactable .Room was spotless ,tea and coffee available at all times ,wifi was reliable .breakfast was help yourself continental style .hotel was very close to sao paulo basillica metro ,15 mins to termini ,just 10 mins to colloseum. Hotel felt very secure ,and was quiet .We would thorougly recommend it for a break in rome and would definetly return ."
