"Lisa was very nice but it’s not what it seems no air conditioning and it’s not close to anything. The metro is 15 min walk and it’s not the best of area to walk at night. Would not recommend."

"We couldn’t fault our trip. Our room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The concierge was always happy to help and provided us with tourist map of Rome so it was easy to navigate. 4 min walk to the metro with trains every 10 min. 5 stops from Coliseum. Fantastic"

"Hotel is close walk to Ostiense train station and Pyramid metro, making it convenient to airport and all around Rome. Located in residential neighborhood with great restaurants, good prices. Room was comfortable with private bath and staff were kind. We appreciated the gracious upgrade to two adjoining rooms each with bath as mother/daughter travelling together. Would stay here again for the room price, access around Rome, and neighborhood with affordable food and drink."

"Pros: About a 7 minute walk from the metro station and really close to most tourist spots. Cons: WiFi didn’t work at all for anyone. The guy said that it was broken but that they were fixing it. They weren’t, because it never worked. The area is also kind of ghetto and the place is hard to find. Breakfast is a coffee with a croissant from across the street. "

"It is a beautiful place. But when it comes to service it is moderate and on occasion a bit clumsy. That is not in proportion with the price. Besides that, in many hotels with lower price settings coffee from a machine in lobby or lounge are included. Here it was not the case, that doesn’t feel very welcoming. "
