"The good things first. Nice and easy to find, tram right at the door and a large room with a large bed. Central location. But..... Everything appears worn and poorly maintained. For example, all the faucets were loose and parts of the fittings were missing. The attached balcony was overgrown with weeds and grass and there was also a wild tree growing there. There was no outdoor furniture or table so it was possible to use the balcony to eat on."

"Apartment location was very nice. Many shops for daily needs (bio market, Penny, Lidl etc) directly in the area (buy your bread in the bio market instead of the nearby bakery...) and also many restaurants with takeaway. Big train station only 9 minutes walk and smaller ones reachable in 5 minutes. The apartment itself was quite big with two bathes, but no TV. It was quite clean, but with room to improve. We were there in autumn, so it was not hot and we could close windows. Otherwise it would...

"Die Gegend war sehr gut. Die Wohnungen eigentlich gut. War mit meiner Tochter und Enkel da. Die Wohnungen war leider nicht sauber. Das Bad und den Fußboden konnte man echt vergessen. Ein Gerüst war vor der Wohnung ( was man uns leider nicht gesagt hat ) sind schwer mit den Kinderwagen reingekommen. Wir sind sehr oft in Berlin, haben noch nie so eine schmutzige Wohnung gehabt. Und dann auch noch so teuer. Ist echt schade, die Wohnung wäre sonst toll. "
