Apartment 'Laubbach' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

The bright apartment with 3.5 rooms was completely renovated and refurnished at the beginning of 2015. From the living room, which is equipped with a Swedish stove for cold days, you have direct access to the large balcony. Here you can enjoy a view of the magnificent Ried landscape.

In both bedrooms the beds can be separated or set up as a double bed.

The kitchen with dining area is equipped with all the essentials such as an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and plenty of crockery.

In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, there is also a separate WC.

There is also a washing machine in a small cellar room.

Our newly furnished vacation apartment is located on the top floor of our 2-family house and is ideal for families of up to 4 people or for 2 couples of friends.
Parking is available directly at the house.
We offer our guests bicycle parking spaces in the garage.
Our guests can use a children's playground about 100 meters from the house.
