The tastefully furnished, approximately 40 m² large 2-room holiday apartment (Non smoking) is located in the house Sea view in prime location of Baabe. The apartment island paradise 2. 09, which is easily accessible by a lift, is located on the second floor and can accommodate 2 to 3 people. The spacious living area has a couch (extra bed for 3rd Person - 1.20mx 1.96m), an armchair, a coffee table and a reading lamp. The technical range is rounded off by a flat-screen TV, a mini stereo with CD and DVD players. You do not have to do without an internet connection (WLAN). This is included for you. Adjacent to the living area, a cozy dining area with wooden table and 3 chairs, an ajar Nordic-style kitchen with various kitchen utensils. High-quality equipment such as a 2-Zonenceranfeld, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster are naturally included. The comfortable bedroom has a double bed (1,60 mx 2,00 m) which quality mattresses and adjustable bed frames and includes 2 bedside lamps, set up a flat-screen TV, clock radio and a wardrobe. The south facing balcony has a seating and what you achieve an umbrella from the living area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, hairdryer and a towel radiator. You can also benefit an ironing board and iron. With a private sleeping place, 1 pet is a welcome guest. A private parking space No. 84 is located in the garage of the house. In the basement you have the possibility to use a washing machine / dryer for a fee. You have brought bicycles or borrowed can park on site. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. In the second Every week of January, the swimming pool is closed for maintenance.
