At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Additional bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels can be prepared for you.

Toller Urlaub mit Hund

Sehr schöne Wohnung und ideal ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen und nah am Wald gelegen. Mit Hund war es sehr praktisch. Die Fenster waren alle mit Insektenschutz versehen, sodass die Mücken keine Chance hatten. Ich würde immer wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Nur die Mücken stören etwas.

Etwas abseits gelegen, aber noch alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Dadurch aber auch ruhig gelegen. Gut eingerichtet und sauber. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Kurzurlaub im Herbst

Die gemietete Wohnung war für 2 Personen wirklich mehr wie ausreichend - alles da, was man normalerweise so braucht. Ein Minuspunkt gibt's für den Fahrradschuppen: Da offensichtlich einige Eigentümer ihre eigenen Räder da lassen, wird's für die Räder der Mieter sehr eng.

Prerow in super FeWo

Die sehr helle, grosszügige und echt sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo in der Waldstrasse 66 war für uns die perfekte Ausgangslage für eine entspannten und erholsamen Ferienwoche sehr nahe am Ostseestrand. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben noch nie eine so vollständig ausgestattete FeWo erlebt, Küche super, Bett mit sehr guter Matratze, alle Zimmer super sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder wenn an die Ostsee.

Empfehlenswert

Wohnung im 1. Stock war absolut in Ordnung. Sehr ruhige Lage und direkt beim Wald, d.h. mit Hund sehr empfehlenswert. Das einzigste was gestört hat, war der Fernseher. Nur wenige Programme und keine Möglichkeit die Lautstärke zu regulieren.
