Close to the beach and conveniently located in the center

The Adrian House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near the Norderfeld Health Clinic and offers a beautiful view across the fields toward the Pappelallee vacation community, Niehagen, and, in part, the Bodden. It is surrounded by other properties with gardens and is situated on a green lot with an outdoor seating and barbecue area. The sunny, secluded garden is perfect for relaxing.

Nature lovers, beachgoers, and active guests alike will find something to enjoy here. Well-maintained bike and hiking trails allow you to explore the Bodden landscapes of Fischland/Darß. The Weststrand beach is about a 40-minute bike ride away, and excursions to Dierhagen along the dike are also possible.
The beach is about an 8-minute walk away. Shopping options at the Ostzentrum, several bakeries, a butcher, and supermarkets are also within walking distance (about 5–10 minutes). Numerous restaurants are easily accessible on foot or by bike.

The Adrian vacation home features two vacation apartments, accessible via an outdoor staircase to the upper floor and a shared hallway. A washing machine is available there for shared use (honor system).

The Abendrot vacation apartment measures approximately 53 square meters. You enter the apartment through an entryway and step into a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a dining area and a cozy sofa corner with a TV unit.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200) and an additional sleeping option (80 x 190), e.g., for a child. The sofa bed in the living room provides another sleeping option. The modern bathroom features a corner shower, sink, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer.

Bedding and towels are NOT included but can be booked separately.
Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted in the house.
One parking space for a car is available per vacation rental. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack.
