We stayed in a very large room which was awesome, fascinating stonework. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Inclusive breakfast was so fresh and many choices of different items. Central location in the old city. Highly recommend

Daytime and late night staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon staff person not so much. Website says shuttle available around immediate area and to airport, but when we inquired were told by afternoon person we could not use van to get to bottom of hill (with our luggage) for our car pickup and also before stay when I asked about shuttle service to airport, we were directed to make our own arrangements- they did not provide. I would recommend clarity on use of shuttle. Aslo- music entertainment in the square echos off buildings and the noise until 1:30 am was unfortunate.

This was my third visit to this hotel in Ostuni. It is a charming and quirky hotel with a number of original features which I've always liked. It is right in centre of town but our room was incredibly quiet and cool, which was much needed in the August heat! Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choice and my bed was very comfortable. Parking is a five minute walk away down the hill. They have a small shuttle to collect guests and luggage but I didn't mind the walk. The hotel has spaces in a car park at €8 extra a day, which we were not aware of until checkout.

Wonderful location in the heart of Ostuni old town. Hotel with character and beautiful old rooms and facilities inside. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Terrace with great views over the old town though limited to a handful of people at a time. Bar also has a very nice terrace (and historic indoor area) but was empty both nights we stayed which is a shame. Maybe a need to differentiate the offer vs alternatives in town? We used the hotel parking spaces outside of the historic centre which worked well and include the hotel free shuttle (which is worth taking with summer temperatures in the 30s and a steep climb into the old town!). Breakfast offering was limited but sufficient. Highly recommended!

The hotel is amazing. Located in the heart of Ostuni, with all sightseeing and dining at hand. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit straight from the gardens. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Loved it.

The Staff was lovely. They were extremely attentive and very quick to help with anything including Restaurant reservations et cetera The property was in a great location in the heart of the old town. I did find the rooms to be a little dated but they were very clean. The outdoor terrace is lovely overall a solid property in the Heart of the old town. The breakfast room was quaint and lovely and then got us whatever we needed.

The staff at Hotel La Terra were all friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop-off at remote parking was always available, quick, and easy. Breakfast was vary good and included a variety of quality items, some hot, pastries, meats, cheeses, fresh cakes and pies, coffee, cereal, etc. Access to room was 24 hr. Lovely space with opening windows in our room, large shower and bath area, small couch. We had a triple room that included a single bed. The hotel has a perfect location in the old town. I'd definitely stay at LaTerra again.

Accueil serviable, position dans la vieille ville exceptionnelle. Garage à vélos dans une ancienne écurie avec mangeoire creusée dans la pierre sous les murailles atypique.

Wonderful stay at La terra - stunning spacious room. Fantastic staff. Especially the lady on reception. Only negative was breakfast was pretty poor - coffee okay but when I asked for a normal yogurt and not 0 fat - I got laughed at. No choice of breakfast at all. So we didn’t go for the second day. However it’s right in town and the stay was good.

The hotel is in a great location and has a mix of modern touches among very old characteristics of a former monastery. The staff is very nice and the availability of parking was helpful.

Right in the heart of the historic city. Just ensure you have directions to arrive by foot as there is limited vehicular traffic to residents. Very helpful staff and a really good and diverse breakfast.
