Antica Pietra is a space of total relaxation and elegance, which guarantees peace and serenity thanks to absolute privacy.
We are in the Apulian countryside and you can walk quietly in the immense garden. When you leave the villa just 8 km you will find the center of Ostuni, full of attractions such as restaurants and shops, and 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches and the sea. You can also admire Polignano a Mare just 40 km away.
Also a few kilometers from the property is Monopoli, a place of discovery of the first CORALLINA BARRIER IN ITALY.


The location, equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, is composed of a house of about 150 square meters; 2 bedrooms with double beds with en-suite bathroom (addition of 1/2 bed for a small fee), 1 bathroom laundry for the living area with washing machine, 1 dining room with sofa and TV, 1 kitchen with oven and fridge.

From May 2019 there is a TRANSFER SERVICE with minibus and driver for the movements of the guests (the transfer service is charged, € 1 / km).

• The villa has a wonderful PRIVATE POOL (12x6 meters) equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, floating cushions and Hi-Fi sound system and an external HEATED WHIRLPOOL (2x2 meters).

• We also accept DOGS (small pets) that can play in the large garden together with your CHILDREN.

Other EQUIPMENT of the villa:
AIR-CONDITIONED in every room, private swimming pool (12x6 meters) equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, floating cushions and Hi-Fi sound system, underfloor heating, working fireplace, equipped panoramic terrace, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink, patio with dining area and living room, heated outdoor whirlpool (2x2 meters), Wi-Fi, TV (living area only), full linen for beds, bathroom and kitchen, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, equipped kitchen, parking, alarm system, kit emergency room.
The possible lack of objects can be due only to their failure. We will replace them as quickly as possible.

• At our facility you will have a ASSISTANT who, in your language, will take care of the reception, the presentation of the structure and the services and your assistance throughout your stay. In particular, you can contact him for information on beaches, itineraries, things to see, restaurants and any problems in general.

• Possibility to hire a cook for a fee and to take advantage of daily cleaning (with a little extra).

• Reserved for those who book a minimum of 14 nights, a welcome relaxation massage for a person in gift.
