The overall experience was good, only one snag. The digital check in did not function, but I was able to get my check in code and room information with the telecom box. Can recommend.

Staff on duty about 5 hours a day. Check in at door is not too bad if you don't mind bending over at the screen. Asking for 2 extra pillows was like asking for the crown jewels, butt we did get them. Breakfast cappuccino had more chocolate than coffee. Every request or question asked of staff was looked upon as a onerous task.

Cet établissement est en réalité un ancien hôtel repris par la chaîne B&B. Globalement, il n’est pas exceptionnel. • La chambre était propre mais assez petite. • Aucune insonorisation : on entend les conversations des chambres voisines ainsi que les trains qui passent à proximité. • L’hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale. • Attention à ne pas le confondre avec un autre B&B situé non loin, qui est de bien meilleure qualité. • Le portail du parking reste ouvert, ce qui ne rassure pas sur la sécurité.

Réceptionniste mal luné

Après avoir fait 600 km en voiture, je suis accueilli par un réceptionniste de très mauvaise humeur et qui ne fait aucun effort d'accueil. Je souhaite payer en chèques vacances, et pour l'arranger, le réceptionniste arrondie à l'euro supérieur la facture en prétextant une taxe. J'aurais préféré qu'il m'en parle et qu'il arrondisse à l'inferieur pour que je paye ensuite la différence en carte bancaire.

Le séjour était tout à fait correct, la chambre agréable, propre et fonctionnelle. L’agent d’accueil bien sympathique et serviable. Un seul bémol, le numéro de réservation donné par Hôtel.com ne fonctionne jamais et pose un problème lors d’une arrivée tardive… Mieux vaut arriver lorsque l’accueil sur place est ouvert.

Accueil chaleureux.

B&B est bien connu pour etre niquel, mais cette fois dans cet hôtel, nous avons été tres tres bien reçu,conseiller sur les activités a faire et les endroits à visiter. Je remercie beaucoup Séverine qui est vraiment sympathique. Si on peux nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
