色々と思うことがあるので、今後 予約する方の参考にと正直に書きます。 完全貸し切り、一棟貸しとなっていますが、こちらの施設はオーナー常駐の宿です。 今まで色々な民泊、１棟貸しに泊まってきましたが、オーナー常駐、チェックイン、チェックアウトどちらもオーナーの立会いが必須です。 また、デポジット￥10000の現金払い、対面でのチェックイン、チェックアウトも初めてでした。 事前にオーナーから電話連絡頂いた際に聞いていたのは、チェックイン時間まで自分は2階の待機室で仕事しています、夜はいないので安心してくだいとのことでしたが、チェックインの際に色々説明を受けているとどうやらオーナーは常駐とのこと。 ...
