"A beautiful hotel. We had a large and well appointed bedroom on 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the stunning green landscape with a spring water bath and swing chair. Staff can’t do enough and you feel very well looked after. Nice touches such as free drinks and ice cream. Wonderful onsen and Japanese garden. Very extensive breakfast buffet. It’s a large hotel and was very noisy when we arrived but was quiet and peaceful after that and had a wonderful air of calmness. Get very clear and detailed instructions from hotel on where to pick up shuttle bus from Gora station to hotel on arrival as this was very confusing from information given which needed to be much clearer. "

The shuttle service was great and so helpful for us to fit in doing as much as possible. The room was perfect, we chose “Mountain View” and it was a great choice. The Uzumi spa was very clean and had everything we needed to relax and wind down. Kids were happy and enjoyed the games and books available in the drawing room. I highly recommend this hotel. "
