"I enjoyed our stay, couple of issues needed to be addressed, had problems with floor lamps in our room but managed to resolve ourselves, we reported that our wardrobe had only one sliding door instead of two, but action was taken, otherwise the general stay was good."

"This is a really great hotel. The service from the staff was friendly and welcoming without being over the top. Rooms are large and comfortable. Good showers. Went above and beyond as we were staying after going to a very muddy Slam Dunk festival. On arrival at the hotel the door staff had small bin bags to put our boots in and packs of slippers to use to get to our rooms! An unexpected but very nice touch. The buffet breakfast was ok with a variety of choices but the coffee was rank! Located across the road from the train station and with plenty of car parks around it’s a great location at the south of the city centre. Will definitely be looking to stay here again."
