"Very good hotel. Great location."

"The exterior and entrance are beautiful, but that is where the 5-star experience ends. The rooms are nice, yet the windows were extremely dirty and the view was terrible. Breakfast was a major disappointment, more like a 3-star level: industrial quality pastries, undercooked muffins, and poor savory options. Surprisingly, the Ibis near the Istanbul Fair offers better quality and choice for a fifth of the price. The SPA lacks a whirlpool, and the sauna and hammam are mediocre for this category. Furthermore, the noise from the rooftop restaurant was deafening until 1:00 AM, even on the 7th floor. I do not recommend this hotel as there are much better 4 and 5-star options nearby for a lower or similar price. Don't be fooled by the magnificent facade."

"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent"
