"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again."

"This is a beautiful facility. However there is constant noise with large trucks driving by from 6:30 am to 7 at night. The music played one night til 5 am from a neighboring property. Food was top notch. All made fresh so be prepared to wait. Service for drinks was very slow."

"Me esperaba más de un hotel que cobra 1.1 MM la noche. La habitación no es acorde al precio. Parece mas habitación de un Motel que de un hotel SPA. Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla. Pedí un corte de carne que tampoco es acorde a lo que deberia ser, por lo que también son precios no acordes! "

"Hotel Casa Candela near Sopetrán, Antioquia, exceeded expectations. The property is gated, beautifully maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful mountain views. We stayed in the Superior Villa, and the mountain view from the villa was one of the highlights of the stay. The private hot tub was also a really nice touch and made the villa feel even more comfortable and relaxing. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were helpful, courteous, and efficient. Room service was awesome, and the food was excellent. The facilities were another major highlight, especially the pool and spa. I especially want to give a shout out to the spa staff, who exceeded service expectations. Even if you are not staying overnight, the hotel seems like a great option for a day pass to enjoy the pool and facilities. Overall, the experience felt well worth the price, and I would definitely return."
