"I booked this place based on the price and the decent photos. For the price it was pretty good. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the owner was extremely nice and helpful. No regrets booking it. That said, a couple of notes that make it clear why it was a lower price: 1. It’s a basement apartment with low ceilings. At 6’7” I could not stand up straight in the kitchen. If you’re over 6’3”, you should be aware. 2. When it rains, the entryway has a puddle just outside the door....

"Great communication! Looks as if the owners have been working to improve the property. Had everything we needed. If you have allergies to pets, don’t stay as there was fur in the couch and mattresses. Didn’t bother us, but just a helpful heads-up. "
