"Room smells not good"

"This hotel feels like a youth hostel with its lack of personnel or lobby / space to hang out, but our room had enough space for a family of four, which even included two toilets, a table and sofa, although only two dining chairs. Advertised as "eco-friendly" for its lack of routine cleaning was a bit odd, as we had to take out our own rubbish, but overall, it was fine for our needs, which was to explore Kyoto. We liked the walking distance to local cafes, a grocery store, and to Nijo-jo Castle."

"Everyone was super kind and friendly. The check in was so easy. From arrival to being in the room was maybe, 7 minutes total. They have a free washer/ dryer for your clothes and free coffee/tea in the lobby. The employees were all so nice and helpful. I really recommend this hotel. Having a terrace to sit outside on and relax after a long day of walking was also pretty sweet."

"Spacious nice host"

"初めての無人ホテルでしたが、タッチパネルの反応が遅く、且つ部屋のテンキーも示されなかったので要改善かと思います。 部屋は値段の割に広くて清潔、清掃サービスもありましたので設備面では不自由なく過ごせました。目の前が西本願寺ですので立地も良かったと思います。"

"Steal of a deal for this spacious room. Hotel was spotless. Location was great as well."

"Very clean, all the amenities and definitely close to everything"

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. The location is close to a station which makes things easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to some neighborhood grocery stores when we needed things. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Great little spot."

"Cleaning staff left or for unlocked while we were out thankfully nothing was taken, the ac hasn't been cleaned in a long time and had accumulated so much dust that we couldn't use it as it was too dirty. Other than those two issues the stay and location were great"
