Smile Hotel Otsu Seta
Not the best hotel, pictures don’t do justice, the building itself is in poor condition the bed and pillow really uncomfortable. Will not be staying there again and it is too far from tourist attractions.

Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel
We loved our stay. Our room was high in the sky with the most wonderful views across the lake. The staff were kind, friendly and very courteous. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel to Otsu station was really handy and only a 10 minute drive. We didn’t coordinate our stay well enough to be there ...
