Biwako Grand Hotel
Great place to stay for a ryokan and onsen experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. The views from the onsens are beautiful. The view with the lake and the mountains in the background is absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend and would stay again.

全体的に良かった。特にキッチン周りの充実(ホームベーカリーやバリスタ、冷蔵庫のデカさ、食器の清潔さ、などなど)や本格的なバレルサウナ、家具などは満足。 一方、チェックイン16時からなので、1泊2日の場合初日は十分にサウナを満喫できず、15時だと嬉しいところ。チェックアウトが11時なので翌日に楽しめたが、できれば時間を気にせず初日に楽しみたい。

家族7人で滞在させて頂きました。駅からも近く、後から来る人、先に帰る人にも良い条件で自由に別荘気分を味わえました。 びわ湖で、マリンスポーツもはじめて挑戦でき、はじめて乗るビスケットに大興奮。良い経験が、できました。 また、BBQ中の急な雷雨にもテントを出して頂いたりと、スタッフの方の素早い対応助かりました。 ベッドが、ソファーベッドと押し入れベッドだったので、寝る準備を始めると埃が出るのが難点。また、シャワー室、トイレにはクーラーがなく、夏場だったのもあって、湿気が…扇風機でもあれば嬉しかったです。 ...
